Also, it doesn't take polish at all, so if it's leather it's from an unusually waterproof cow. All that aside, it's comfortable and easy to put on and take off.Update: After 39 days of intermittent use, one of the slides (not sure of the correct word) that goes into the watch body no longer snaps securely into place. It can slip out, though only in one direction. The watch hasn't fallen off while I'm wearing it, but it commonly slides out when I take the watch off for charging.I didn't use the band the whole time. I wear this band with jeans, mainly on the weekend. So maybe ten days or so of use, or five replacement cycles. I would expect a band to stand up to any number of replacement cycles.
