I am not sure how to check it but it works fine on my skin

Is it supposed to be watery the other serums I have tried are much thicker and sticky ?

Yes it is a liquid instead of a serum. It’s the consistency of a toner

Do I rinse it off after applying it? Directions just say to apply but not sure if I wash it off after a few minutes?

Yes, you should rinse it off. Make sure you rinse your skin well and apply a face cream. I have used this but found it did nothing to rid of whiteheads. I did not reorder. Hope this helps. God Bless!😊
