These are mandatory for foot pain!!
These are the absolute best insoles I have ever purchased and they are beyond an excellent value! They are better than insoles 2-3x the price. I was having a lot of foot pain after my 5-8 mile walks so I did some research to find insoles for women that provide the best comfort and support. These were listed in a few articles for women's foot health so I decided to order them. They did not require any break in period, they provided immediate comfort and support, and they are very durable. I have since purchased a few more pairs so that I can always add them to any shoe I am wearing. They fit sneakers, walking shoes, running shoes, and even Blundstone boots! I have recommended these to all my women friends because these come true to size. I don't like the insoles that you have to cut-to-fit because the arch and heel are always misaligned. These can be ordered in your true size and fit perfectly. I will continue to buy these as long as they exist. If you have any sort of foot discomfort, get these!! You're welcome.

Comfortable, seem durable, and helps with my very flat feet.
These are a relief for my aching feet. Feel good, and fit the shoe well. I have *very* flat feet (from behind looks like my ankle is about to fall off my foot, sheesh). Plus I have no arch on my right foot cuz the tendon that holds it up snapped. So these help keep it held up in place, and relieve strain on the rest of my foot. I like that the heel is cushioned and that it kinda cradles my heel. And the arch support is good without being overwhelming and hurting after a few hours. And they seem to hold up well so far. I'll be getting more of these.

Work like they should. I'm happy.
This type of insole essentially cured my very painful plantar fasciitis problem a number of years ago. For me they have been just as good as the 10x more expensive ones from the podiatrist. I buy a new set whenever the old ones wear out or I get new shoes. These particular ones are pretty standard PF insoles. There are a lot of other's just like these, but these were a better price when I got them. Good arch support (and I have very high arches), and enough cushion to keep my feet happy when I'm on them all day. They do not squeak when I walk like some other brands do. They are a snug fit in my 10-1/2 Merrells. Might need trimming to get them in a size 10. Yes, I'd definitely get them again.

Inserts are necessary to help with PF
Reviews for: - Samarai Insoles: FIVE STARS - WalkHero Insoles: FIVE STARS - ValSole Insoles: FIVE STARS - SB Sox PF Relief Socks: FIVE STARS - Koprez PF Sleeve: FOUR STARS - Vibit (purchased directly instead of thru Amazon): THREE STARS - Tisscare foot massager with heat (purchased earlier somewhere else): FIVE STARS My experience with Plantar Fasciitis (PF): Iโm 64, female, retired for one year, and lead an active lifestyle. My normal routine includes a 4-5 mile walk every morning, pickleball 5x per week, and golf when I can. PF symptoms showed up suddenly about two months ago โ suddenly it hurt too much to walk very far and pickleball was excruciating. It affected both feet, but the pain in my right foot was significantly worse. In spite of all the products that promise fast relief, I learned that managing PF is a multi-step process. Here's what worked for me โ in order of implementation: - I threw away five pairs of worn-out running shoes and started wearing my newest pair all the time. - I quit going barefoot and now wear shoes all the time, even inside the house. - I quite wearing dress shoes or sandals (easy for me since Iโm retired). - I started stretching my heels/calves multiple times per day, with and without a step. - I rolled my foot over a frozen water bottle or a small hard plastic ball with spikes on it. The plastic ball seems to work better, and soon I was using it several times per day. - I bought three different pairs of PF insoles so I could use them all the time. I couldnโt really tell any difference between the three brands I tried, but I think the ones with deep heel cups (WalkHero and ValSole) are better, and those are the two I use most of the time. - I bought SB Sox and now wear them on both feet during all waking hours. - I tried the Koprez Sleeve, but found that it was uncomfortable to wear all the time. I tried wearing it on a walk, but it actually became more painful after about ยผ mile. I tried wearing it for pickleball, and it was wonderful. The Koprez Sleeve allows me to keep playing pickleball. - I tried foam rolling my calves. I think it helped, but it was really hard on my arms. So I quit. - I bought the Vibit, hoping that I could use it on my calves as well as my feet. It vibrated as advertised, but it was actually harder to use than a foam roller and it didnโt seem more effective. It felt good on my feet but I couldnโt tell if it helped or not. Following the directions requires 15 minutes per foot dedicated to using the massager (no multi-tasking is possible). I still use it occasionally if I want a few extra minutes without sitting down with the Tisscare, but I donโt think this purchase helped with the PF. I have also used the Vibit for other things (IT band, back, arms), and it offers a nice massage. - I started using a Tisscare foot massager with heat that we already owned. It seemed to help a lot, and it was easy to use as I could just sit there and let the massager do the work on both feet at the same time while I read or used my phone. Iโm still using it 2-3x per day for 20 minutes. Very much worth the money and I will buy it again if it quits working. Results: - It took about four weeks to research, purchase, and start using all the products listed above. During that first four weeks, I quit my morning walks and cut back on pickleball (I could not play two days in a row). Pain was intense, especially after pickleball or at the end of the day. - Within a couple weeks, the morning pain was better, mostly because I stretched and rolled 2-3 times during the night (I wake up anyway). - After putting everything into place (about four weeks), the morning pain was pretty much gone and I started walking two miles in the morning. I still had pain if I played pickleball โ and the pain continued for the rest of the day. - After six weeks, I was able to increase the morning walks to my normal 4-5 miles most days and experienced only minimal pain with pickleball. - Itโs been about eight weeks, and Iโm still continuing to work on it. Pain is minimal and Iโm able to walk 5+ miles and play pickleball!

Plantar fasciitis pain relief (especially for bigger guys)
Iโm a big guy so I personally need to get a new pair every 3/4 months. My wife bought me these the first time and such a difference maker. I have plantar fasciitis and these insoles helped the pain drastically!! I love the arch support and how itโs not just cushioning but actual support. I wear Skechers glad step and compression ankle socks with them and Iโve been pain free for over a year. The shock absorption is fantastic as well and you I definitely feel the difference in my heel as well. Durability is great Iโm on my feet and moving/walking majority of the work day. I usually get two pairs at a time one for work then one for outside of work. Honestly these have been the best insoles and Iโve been searching for years even tried the ones my podiatrist recommended. Also helped getting good sneakers/footwear with these to maximize pain relief and support

Not a good fit for me.
Its been a few months since using these and to be fair, I always give an item 3 stars when it could be a good product, just not a good product for me. In this case, these could be good for some but for my feet they turned out to cause more problems to my feet. At first I thought I just needed to break them in but as time went on, they actually made my feet hurt more. So, they did not improve my feet issues but we all have different feet and maybe they will work for you. If you know you need something with more cushion and a softer feel, these are likely not the insoles for you.

Wish I bought these sooner!
I wasnโt sure how much of a difference these would make, but Iโm really glad I gave them a try. I spend a lot of time on my feet, and after using these for a while, my shoes are so much more comfortable. They provide just the right amount of arch support without making my shoes feel tight or awkward. They were easy to trim to fit, stayed in place, and I honestly forget theyโre even in my shoesโwhich is exactly what I wanted. By the end of the day, my feet donโt feel nearly as tired as they used to. Overall, these have been a simple upgrade thatโs made a big difference. Iโll definitely be buying another pair for my other shoes.

"A Pretty Good Substitute for the Higher Priced OTC Orthotics"...
UPDATE: I bought a newer pair of these in Fall of 2024 and the thickness throughout looks a bit thicker than their prior version. I compared this with a well used Pinnacle Powerstep orthotic and the Pinnacle is still thicker throughout but the margin between the two different orthotics in the thickness arena is very close now. You can visibly see the difference but it is not too far off now. This NEW Walk Hero orthotic still lacks the extra padding in the mid-foot area that my well worn Pinnacle has. Also, the arch is similar in height to the Pinnacle but maybe has just barely less arch height. The heel padding appears to be identical. The reality is that this Walk Hero is a cheaper man's Powerstep Pinnacle orthotic. The cost is less than half so there is some definite value here. Is it as comfortable as the Pinnace, no, but it surely is a sound substitute for those on a budget. I am wearing these in a newer pair of NB work shoes and I will update this if I learn anything new. I now work in corporate security so I sit often, walk 8000 steps per day and stand very little. 1st REVIEW: I normally wear the Pinnacle Powerstep orthotics which were originally recommended by my podiatrist after I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. My guesstimate is that I have a "moderate case" of it since my feet aren't ultra flat, I still have some arch and my pain was never really severe. This Walk Hero orthotic fits true to size and looks similar to the Pinnacle Powerstep. However, it appears and feels less pronounced in the arch area so it seems as if there is less support for people with flat feet or falling arches than the Pinnacle. Also, the toe box area of the orthotic is thinner than the Pinnacle so if you're using these for running it "may" be an issue depending on the quality of your running shoe and design of running shoe. And if you're a "toe striker" versus a "heal striker" when you run this may be something to consider. That being said, I utilized these in my work shoes and so far they've done the job. My feet don't hurt and it seems they may hold up very well given the looks of it and the materials. I work in Loss Prevention so I'm on my feet a lot and at times standing in a limited space for long periods of time. I was seeking a less expensive option because I don't want to be transferring orthotics to my various shoes. With this product it allows me to stay within budget and be able to afford to place these in all my various shoes and still have no plantar fasciitis foot pain. I'll try these a while longer but I anticipate ordering more of these to swap out as my other Pinnacles wear out and need to be replaced. NOTE: If you don't want to do any cutting you will need to utilize these inside of WIDE running shoes. I've tried cramming them into regular sized shoes of all types and it rarely if ever works. As a result, I typically buy Saucony, New Balance or Nike WIDE running shoes and all of my work shoes are WIDE as well.

Good and durable, comparable to big brands
Excellent support, of similar quality to something I paid 4 times more at the podiatrist. I like the deep heel cup, high arch support and the level of stiffness. Better than Sch*** and Spen*** ones I have tried.

Great product!
Very satisfied. I have a pair of professional orthotics that I have been using and I wanted an extra set. I thought I would try these. So far they are working just as well as the ones I paid $425 for a year ago!

Good Quality and Works!
This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.
