This is a Great quality raw honey that offer great health benefits for my body . I like the taste, texture and the great energy I receive while using it . It offers great spreadability from this leakage free reusable glass jar . I add a teaspoon of it to a warm glass of water , along with a squeeze of half of a lemon and take my favorite supplement with it. This honey offers great versatility and spreadability. I spread it over hot ribs right before adding BarBQue sauce to it , for a greater added taste .

I had gotten this a couple years back and loved it. But I stopped because it was in a plastic container, and I’m avoiding plastics because of micro plastics.
