Although I loved the design of the bottles, I was disappointed that the hand strap broke on the first use of one of the bottles. The company saw my review and contacted me to replace ALL of the bottles. I am so impressed by this amazing customer service. I would recommend this product and company to anyone!!

I absolutely love these bottles. I use them for my cold brew tea and it's great to have extra bottles in the fridge ready. They are easy to clean and the taste of my tea is fresh and crisp. They really stay nice and cold. Love them. Only 2 issues. The lids start to leak after prolonged use but it isn't too noticeable and main issue is they break very easily! My kid knocked mine off the table onto carpet while in the holder and it smashed! I'm down to only one left. They all broke after very slight falls on to soft surfaces. I am buying again though. Just going to be more careful!!!

Perfect to replace plastic water bottles. Not heavy or bulky. No leaks. Easy carrying handle and nice cover prevents bottle from sweating on furniture. I just stick them in the dishwasher, but I wash the caps by hand since the handle is a woven material. Love them!

Just realized these are 14oz, maybe 13, definitely NOT 16!! I ordered these over 2 years ago, used them for a couple months then stopped juicing as much. I always thought they were less than 16 oz but never took the time to measure them until now, as I was planning on ordering some larger bottles. Also, liquid leaks through the lids, so I wanted to research other bottles with different lids. Overall good quality, lasted a while. I wish the sizing was accurate to what is advertised!! Disappointed in that.

The plastic ring sealing the top falls out easily. Otherwise works great.

All bottles were dirty an smelly,, not happy I had to scrub and disinfectant the whole 8 bottles even the cooler cases are smelly,, took 3 hrs to clean this product up ,, wondering if this was new as it looked like old products
