What does the ozone switch do?

It gives a different flow of the steam and it comes out much more. I personally love the ozone switch.

Is this dual volts? Will it work with 220v/240v?

My steamer is spewing hot water every where. What’s wrong with it?

I would make sure everything is attached securely. Mine would drip from the back at first here & there so I make sure to have a towel around my neck. If it’s a lot of water spewing out after making sure everything is secured tightly then I would suggest returning for a new one

How do you clean inside of the green part?. I see mold and don’t know if it’s safe to use

If you are talking about the part where you put the water I put bleach on everything haha. Water & bleach, let it sit & rinse out really good
