Best thing ever!!!!!! I got my curls fast and didn’t burn myself!!!! The only bad thing is the buttons are in a place where I keep pushing them weather I like it or not.

After trying this product. I am definitely returning it to Amazon. The curling iron is quite heavy to use Does not curl enough to get an effect. Also it is really hard to operate right left and release all at the same time.

I originally wanted to purchase the Beachwaver, however, that one seemed to break a lot and when I purchased my first one it didn't work..So I searched on line and found this. Price is good. It gets 200 degrees Celcius (400 F) hot. I found smaller hair chunks easier to curl. The only drawback (and I've only used it one time so far) is that the buttons that make it go right or left are not in a very good spot as I am constantly accidentally pressing them. This is causing some frustration. Also, your hair has to be completely dry. If it's the least bit damp it wont hold a curl so I am going to try it tomorrow and not wash my hair. I'll follow up in a few days and let you know how I do.

I was disappointed when i received this curling iron/straightener. The Curling feature is very small and when you go to loosen your hair it sometimes get stucks because the whole curling iron moves. it's frustrating. I mostly bought it because i was expected about the twirling feature. although it does work i find it that it works just like another curling iron.

I have paralysis of one are, and this makes curling my hair possible! It’s made well, easy to use and a good value. The reason for the lower rating is that the handle remains warm when turned off and stays plugged in. It’s not hot, just warm, but that presents a risk. I’ll keep it, as it works well. Just be aware you can not safely leave it plugged it.I did reach out to customer service, and was told to unplug it. Not really a good explanation or solution.

Very easy to use, just brush the hair after usin it. It shows more natural.Only several buttons on the curling wound. I figure out how to use it without reading the instructions. If you can’t read well then just watch the video instructions. My mom learn how to use it from the video

This has replaced my curling iron . I love that auto rotating style so much ,there was a bit of a learning curve but it was totally worth it. Straighten and curly 2 in One is awesome! When I straighten it for the first time whit this beauty I was amazed. Definitely recommend it !

I ordered an automatic curling iron. This has big, bulky buttons to spin left and right. you have to line the release button perfectly in about a half inch space. You will most likely burn your hair and pull hair out because of the crappy design. Apparently I returned it too late although return label said Feb 2, 2020. I shipped it out on Feb 1, 2020 so not only did I lose my money, I also don't have the iron. 0 STARS!
