Can I put a pill in this?

What kind of pill flat thin pill yes thick bulking one no

what size picture does this hold, 1 "?

I took a disk of pictures to Walmart and had wallet size made with their photo machine. It worked but you have to start with a fairly small subject like a group shot of people or at least two or three persons. It is trial an error.

Is it possible to put cubic zirconia only inside? It’s for a friend who lost her mother and that’s the birthstone

Yes. You get to chose which stones you put in it from the ones that are sent.

How long is the chain ?

Dear, this locket necklace's chain length is 50inch+2inch, thank you.
