You have to roll it off verses pulling it off. It was vary painfull for me & I have been waxing my upper lip for almost 20 years. It's only meant for upper lips. Quite honestly, I would NOT buy it. **Q: Can I put this on a q-tip and yank out nostril and ear hair?** A: I cant give you an answer . Never used it that way . But as a wax .
