**Q: What is the difference between the Nanno and the Tet, is one better for feeding than the other?**
A: Nanno can be cultured for fresh/brackish/salt water. The Tetra can only be cultured in saltwater

**Q: Any recommendations for an inexpensive air pump to use with this?**
A: If this is the only thing you need the pump for then, Hygger Quiet Mini Air Pump for Aquarium 1.5 Watt Oxygen Fish Air Pump for 1-15 Gallon Fish Tank

**Q: For use in a reef tank should F/2 with Silicate or without be used?**
A: Diatoms algae feeds on silicates so I would not put fertilizer in your tank. The f2 should be use to grow the phytoplankton, once the phytoplankton is ready to harvest it should have used most of the fertilizer to grow. At this point the phytoplankton is ready to dose in your tank and safe. The instructions from the kit are really easy to follow.

**Q: How long can you  you keep/ store these?**
A: i store 2 gallons in my fridge for months at ta time only thing IMPORTANT the bottles have to be flipped or shaken for just a couple secs every few days so the plankton doesn't just settle on the bottom. it will destroy the culture within a week or less.
