I'm so much happier with this pull up bar than the generic one everyone's had since high school. Let's you grip really wide, and has a spot for you to clip anything into. I use it for Olympic rings, but since I use 2 at a time I had to get another carabineer since they squeezed tight in there. Holds 200 pounds easily, and comes assembled.

I started my pull-up journey with this bar, and I’m really happy with it! The ergonomic grip is excellent and makes exercises much more comfortable. It fits perfectly in our doorway, and the bar feels very sturdy — no wobbling or instability while using it. Assembly was easy and straightforward. I also love the color and solid alloy steel construction. The included wrist straps and workout guide are nice bonuses. For the price, it’s great value — strong, reliable, and perfect for a home gym setup.

I really love this product. It is sturdy, doesn't damage my door and very functional. It folds flat so you can hang it in the closet, easy to install and the bar is higher than most other competitors so you don't have to tuck your legs as much.

The best thing about this pull-up bar is the tubes are 1 piece all the way across and they are welded together. This makes the whole thing much more rigid than other brands where the customer needs to assemble the unit themselves by screwing or bolting it together in the middle. That is a major weakness in competing brands, as I found out the hard way. Here, setup takes no time at all; you just flip out the support brackets and hang it on your doorframe. The only problem I found is that I don’t have very many standard doorframes in my tiny old house. Either the wall is too thick, the ceiling too low, or I didn’t have trim that was compatible or sturdy enough to hang it on. Also, I thought the rubber pads could be thicker, wider, and better adhered to protect your door trim on the face. Finally, a minor issue, I thought the grip pads might wear out over time. I suspect the quality of those might be improved as well. I’ve heard tennis racket wrap is ideal replacement for that. For all those things I had to take away 1 star, but for the price you absolutely can’t beat this pull-up bar. Amazing! And adequate for most people. There are much more versatile bars out there of comparable quality, but for over twice the price. (Canadian made in USA).

I was skeptical about using in a doorway (note: trim on inside of door opening is necessary), and about how the geometry would transfer my weight but it works beautifully for dead hang - and maybe pull ups in the future.

This hang bar is exactly what I was looking for. I read the listing over and over to make sure the measurements would work and I was a little nervous about the height of the door frame. I thought mine was too long, but barely, so I rolled the dice and ordered. It fits perfectly. Like a Goldilocks moment. In my photos I tried to include lots of measurements. One I didn’t include is the small ledge on top of the door frame. Mine is exactly 2cm. The instructions say to attach the door frame protection pads, but mine were already attached, though they were backwards. I just had to spin them around. I also moved them further to the ends of the bar to better fit my door frame. The little feet that sit on top of the door frame also turn a little. Not sure if anyone would need that. Assembly and installation took 30 seconds. My husband weighs 250lbs and did a dead hang. The bar stayed in place and nothing looked like it was struggling or buckling. There is some padding on the upper bar and the bottom bar is textured. For the bottom bar I need grippy gloves to prevent my hands from slipping. My grip isn’t very strong. I’m so happy with this bar.

I've been looking for a pull-up bar that fits my house's wide, 36 inch door frames. Not only does this fit, it fits well and feels safe! Not only does the position of the pull-up bar feel safe, but the bar itself feels sturdy and doesn't bend when I put all my 220 pounds of weight under it. The handles are comfortable but also feel like they will hold up over lots of use. Finally, I like that this bar folds together flat. Not many pull-up bars do that and I like that I can store it easily rather than having to choose if I find a large space to store it while not in use or have it always hanging up. Would definitely recommend and buy this again.

I live in an apartment, and this pull-up bar hangs perfectly on my bedroom door. The only catch is, I can't shut the door while the bar is on there, but that's OK...it's very easy to remove and put back in place when I want it. Also, it's very easy to set up, out of the box. You just unfold the 'arms' until they click into place and then hang the bar where you want it! No tools needed...it's all one piece. This is obviously a sturdy item which stays in place perfectly well while in use, plus it has those little cushions on the edges of the bar which rest against the door frame, so, no damage to the frame. :) Highly recommended! Just be sure to measure your door frame before purchasing. According to the description, this bar will fit door frames which measure between 22-36". The door frame I'm using is 34", and the bar fits great.

Pull ups gehören zu den besten Fitnessübungen speziell für Bizeps und oberen Rücken, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wer diese auch zu Hause ausüben möchte, aber keine Löcher in die Wand bohren will, für den ist ein so genanntes ,,Türreck" eine gute Wahl. Nach meinem Umzug brauchte ich ebenfalls eine neue Klimmzugstange und habe mich für die ,,AmazeFan Klimmzugstange" entschieden. Sie macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, saubere Verarbeitung, solide Rohre. Die Konstruktion lässt sich leicht zusammenbauen und auf die jeweils eigene Tür einstellen. Hat man dies richtig gemacht und die Klimmzugstange angebracht, dann hält sie ,,bombenfest", jedenfalls bei meiner Tür. Ich habe beim Trainieren ein gutes, sicheres Gefühl, kein Gewackel, kein Knacken... Besonders gefallen mir die Pads, welche den Türrahmen schützen und ebenfalls so verschiebbar sind, dass man sie auf eine individuelle Tür einstellen kann. Die Griffe lassen sich gut fassen, es sind verschiedene Variationen möglich, die jeweils mit unterschiedlichem Schwerpunkt mehr Bizeps oder mehr oberen Rücken trainieren. Natürlich kann man sich auch einfach nur dranhängen, um die Griffkraft zu stärken oder hanging leg raises zu trainieren. Ich liege weit unter dem Maximalgewicht für die Klimmzugstange, doch sie macht definitiv einen soliden, vertrauenerweckenden Eindruck - klare Kaufempfehlung!

Inte riktigt nöjd med kvaliteten på produkten, men den var billig. Stålarmen som går in i baren som sitter mot dörren är för liten med nån millimeter, så den kommer förmodligen att gå sönder där så småningom. Skulle inte rekommendera denna produkt.

Fits my doorway fine, no damage and no give. Grips are comfy. Can do push ups, pull ups, chin ups etc. The resistance bands aren't the elastic ones other reviewers think they are. They're for leaning back and pulling your bodyweight forward to strengthen your arms if you are unable to do a pull up right away (me). You move it closer and get more horizontal to the floor as you get stronger and it really works (this is the way yo do it if you're strengthening for pull ups, other muscles you stand a different way or hold it differently). Great price and sturdy item. Just pops on and pops off.

I really like this pull up bar. The handles fold easily for storage and works great on any standard door frame. Very solid construction as well.
