So this air fryer works really good. Only used it a couple times at this point for wings, fries and onion rings. Cooks great, everything tastes good. My one problem, and it's kind of a big one, is that the basket and pan fell away from each other when there is any additional weight in the basket. So you put 5 wings in there, the pan with fall away from basket without pushing the release button. This can cause harm to the user by the pan falling on your toes or the hot fryer food falling all over. Great fryer, poor design in that aspect. Definitely a manufactured defect but seems to be all their fryers.

I love this product. Everything is simple from cleaning to setting up and convenient.

Bought for my daughter who is cooking challenged. She uses it often.

Just started using the air fryer this week and love it ..at first I thought I would have to find space under the counter for when it was not in use but we have used it every day since getting it .This unit is very quiet which I like . The food comes out nicely browned and crispy . I have not made anything that requires any extra oil . The only thing I dont like is how easily the basket come apart from the basket ..even when you have checked and heard it click in 9 times out of 10 the handle disengages and the food spills..Update 4 months later ...will be replacing this air fryer....so sick of the handle disengaging .
