Works well! Get this and save yourself hours of frustrating conference calls. I'm a light user and I used to use this for same-room project management. Now that it's COVID times, I primarily use it so I can wander around the room on a video call. No complaints, it just works :)

I use this every day and hands down the best mic I have yet used with a PC. Build seems of high quality, nice long cord, and easy mute/off with a touch-sensitive spot on the unit. (This comes in very convenient as opposed to a "switch" or software mute. Just tap it.)

Wasn’t compatible with the office phone.

I installed this on a linux computer, running LinuxMint. It worked out of the box. There were no issues w/ drivers.

Best microphone I ever had. Has a switch button on it - so it took me a minute to figure out why it wasn't working :) But the sound quality is the best ever!!!

my laptop cannot detect and function this device anymore, while another USB microphone i have can still work on the same laptop, i believe is this product malfunctioning. it was a nice product when it worked.
