I am a vegan gluten free FND suffer and brought these to see if they would improve my diet/health and some off my symptoms like tiredness or fatigue/headaches. They are nice size to swallow and taste ok and do smell nice. Recommend you do not take these at night it could affect your sleep. WILL UPDATE later on after taking these for a longer time as I have only taken two so far and is too early to tell if their is any change yet.

Bought these for myself (breastfeeding vegan Mom and took throughout pregnancy too. Was ill postpartum so took 2 a day for a while).Size is OK but the smell and taste isn't so good but I just put my big girl pants on and get on with it.However they are a really good quality with a tonne of vitamins in at a great price too compared to so many other vegan vitamins i have tried over the years so I just eat something afterwards to make sure it doesn't get stuck in my throat which your probably meant to so anyway but as a busy parent to 4 mini vegans I tend to take them in the morning with coffee.

I am usually very sceptical about vitamin tablets and supplements. However, I can feel the positive nutritional effects of these. They are my go-to multivitamin source on top of a healthy diet.

Arrived quickly and so far so good. I ordered it in replacement of Veg 1 B12 and other vitamins from the Vegan Society as they are out of stock. The Vegan Vitality multivitamins are a bit more expensive, but they have a much greater variety of vitamins and minerals, even iron in it. Too early to tell if my body is transformed in any way, as I just started this month, but easy to swallow although bigger than Veg1.

As a vegan, I can honestly say that these are the best I've found.

Ich nutze sie schon ein paar Jahre und täglich und merke definitiv einen Unterschied in meinem Wohlbefinden wenn ich sie mal für länger als 1 Woche nicht nehme. Für mich ist die Größe kein Problem, kann mir aber vorstellen das manche Menschen Schwierigkeiten mit dem schlucken haben. Sie ist teilbar und löst sich nicht im Mund auf wenn man sie nicht sofort schluckt.

Lo acquisto regolarmente da tempo e lo assumiamo sia io che mia moglie ogni giorno. Il prodotto è molto valido. Mia moglie ha anche fatto degli esami del sangue a distanza di tempo e i valori dei micronutrienti nel sangue erano molto buoni. Lo consiglio!!

Je suis très satisfaite de la B12 de Vegan Vitality. Étant végétarienne depuis plus de 10 ans, j'en prends tous les jours. Au début je prenais la plus connue, la Veg1. Mais cette fois, je voulais en essayer une autre. Celle de Vegan Vitality apporte en plus des vitamine A, C et K et plusieurs minéraux qui ne sont pas dans la Veg1.La livraison était rapide et l'emballage était parfait. Je repasserai une commande mais j’alternerai entre Veg1 et Vegan Vitality. Chaque marque a des avantages et je pense que c'est mieux d'alterner.
