I would think so but the product is not worth the money. Doesn't smell like a new car and can faulty.

I would think so but it doesn’t last long and is nothing like a new car smell. I was very disappointed.

Would you replace the pollen filter before or after using this product

There's no requirement to replace it specifically for using this product, but it's general maintenance to replace the cabin air filter (is that what you mean by pollen filter, they must be the same) when it gets dirty, or every 2 years, and clogged. It's common sense to replace it before to get the most of it. The scent lasted about 5 weeks for me and I haven't replaced the filter for about 1 and a half years.

Good for getting rid mold smell?

Not very good. The turtle wax product is better and you get two off them.
