Bought for a partially sighted relative and they love itEasy to set up and stylish

I have used these watches for a few years they are excellent, especially the alarm aspect, just one problem. The plastic watch strap weakens and cracks and finally breaks. It would be better if a soft leather strap was fitted. I usually have to change the watch strap myself for a a soft leather one. Nevertheless less it’s a good watch.

"Talking" part was good but the " face" kept losing time. Returned the watch and no problems with being offered a refund.

The service was very good. The watch is very pleasing to look at, my only criticism is the. Voice is not very clear.

Easy to set bought it for my mum who has dementia. She loves it clear face and plenty of holes in the strap for a perfect fit

Nice looking watch. Biggest downfall is when outside with the noise of traffic it is barely audible. When indoors it is difficult to make out what time is spoken. Not sure if it's too quiet or the accent of the voice used.

Brought for mum replaces older existing model good voice and not too complicated to ise and set

The size was good easy to set up BUT dident keep correct time was losing like 3 hours a day Also could have been louder
