I was really hoping to love this product but I can't. It totally fell short of expected quality and design. First off, the straps are really thin. This means they dig into my shoes and causes discomfort when using even lighter weight. Second, the way the straps are connected to the cheap D rings makes the straps twist my ankle awkwardly. If using warmup weights this isn't much of an issue but when I start using my regular weight then the twist is very uncomfortable and could cause injury. Lastly, when I was using my heavier workout weight, the stitching was starting to become undone. I noticed this after my workout session when putting them back in my gym bag. If these things broke in the middle of my workout I would have slammed the weights and flew forward. Good thing I stopped using them before getting hurt. I'm past my return period with Amazon so this is a fair warning to you all. Stay away from these!

I was excited for these straps to arrive. I used them in the gym yesterday. The price for the concept is great. I looked at the Amazon photos to see how to put the straps on. Exercise cables or elastic cable bands attach easily. The material is good quality. The straps stayed on comfortably during my circuit workout. I would recommend these strapshapers for anyone interested in changing up their leg routine.

My mother always encouraged me to say nice things, and so I would like to start out by saying that these smell really nice in some sort of interesting chemical way. These things get sealed up in whatever steamy factory they come from, and so you can open these up real quick and get a whiff of whatever airborne chemicals were stewing at the time.The scent here reminded me of those descriptions of WWI chemical weapons, whereby whatever horrible face-rotting chemical actually smelled like pineapples and cinnamon. Except, in this case the scene lingered considerably.As for the strap itself, well it's junk. My father taught me to be blunt and honest and I've got to pass on that these are total junk. They appear to be a copy of something else I've seen before? F.L.A??They came with an amazing insert advising me that if I like the produce I should "please leave us a sincerely review on Amazon." But the pictures are equally amazing. They have some model that is concealing her face intentionally in each picture. She's only wearing the strap in one photo, which is distorted and probably not this strap.But I can't tell if she's really a woman. And I don't say that to be insensitive to gender issues, I live in CA, I support whatever, but let me tell you it makes me wonder in this case because the premise is the musculature and in every picture she her neck, by looking down and at an angle or putting her arm over it. I'm not trying to leave a review of the model though, just saying, it's amazing and look at the photo I've attached.

Well, let me start by saying I ordered a couple of the lower cost products listed as I was not able to decide which would work better (knowing one would most likely get returned). Unfortunately I struck out twice. This VIP 4 Pro was not designed for a pro let alone an everyday recreational consumer. The product was confusing to put on, especially since it had a free floating "D" ring which fell off somehow in the box and did not realize it. I spent 15 minutes just trying to figure out if the product was defective. It will most likely get lost again - not a good design. In addition, the strap material is not high quality. The velcro added to the strap creates a very inflexible adjustment. Can it work - yes.....but if you want an easy and great connection with the muscle group you are trying to focus on, then spend a little bit of money and go with one of the other products offered on Amazon. I am returning this and going to use the kickback (and other products) from IPR. From reviewing the design, material and reviews from good fitness enthusiasts - it makes sense.

One of straps in the set was missing the extra D ring for the front and the other was not missing that part. So now if I want to use the front strap I have to keep switching out the D ring. If I had another D ring, one for each set, I could actually try them and report on their functionalityI'm just glad I opened them in my home in a small area-- if I had done it at the gym I woul've assumed Ill lost it and. Would've spent. Rml

Good concept, horrible stitching. Unless you want to waste your time, money, and get hurt do not purchase. The very first time I wore the straps they broke and my right leg hit the machine. I'm left with a very sore bruise. Again, Don't Buy ! Don't Buy ! Don't Buy!

I am obsessed with my new Strapshaper! My gym had semi-similar foot attachments but they all either broke or got stolen, so I started looking for my own. It was REALLY hard to find a reasonably priced foot attachment that seemed stable and had multiple attachment options.. all I could find were ankle straps. Then I found the strapshaper! It was priced so well and I couldn’t believe it came with a resistance band for my days at the park or at home as well. So generous! I really became obsessed though when I used it for the first time. The Velcro is genius, it allows you to lock your foot in position in the most sturdy way possible. SO much better than the attachments that were at my gym, I couldn’t believe it! The extra strap that supports the bottom of the foot is key, I haven’t ever used a more stable attachment before. It made it so much easier to focus on the workout itself eliminating any worry that I might slip out, and boy are my glutes thankful. 10/10 would highly recommend!

You can get seriously injured using this. The hook that is held I place by the Velcro is not a good idea if you plan on lifting heavy. The Velcro will not hold in place and will snap off.Would not recommend this if using for kickbacks. If you using it for the lateral leg raises, you will be ok BUT the Velcro is so long, it is distracting. It needs to be redesigned and would suggest finding something else out there. For your kickbacks
