This is the second Kisae inverter we have purchased . We love it. Our first was destroyed by hurricane Irma and we replaced it with an exact replacement. Worked perfectly for 5 years as out main source of power on the island. Runs a small refrigerator, icemaker and charges our devices with ease..

Do not buy refurbished
Bought a refurbished model. Didn't work out the box. Very disappointing.

Found it about $30 cheaper somewhere else after I bought it although this is still a reasonable price. If you really need a constant 1000 watts most of the time I would go with 1500 or 2000 watt model instead. 970 watt draw (microwave oven) causes a 'near overload' alarm which is annoying. Appears to be a good product however and instructions were clear. I have it wired to 2 parallel 12 volt deep cycle batteries on a board with caster wheels. Used recommended #2 AWG wire and 150 amp breaker (also Amazon purchase). Breaker can double as a master switch. I can roll it into the house and power a computer, monitor, wireless router, etc so that the home office can run during a power failure. Overall I am happy with it as I have 2 additional small generators for larger loads.
