I've bought multiple boxes of this sugar and it's so good, especially for braising meats and making marinades. I have a sledgehammer that I use to break up the crystals and then grind them to make fine granules.This sugar is a must for a lot of Chinese cooking, but I also use it for sweetening Korean makgeolli.

I bought these rock candies to make cherry wine. It can also be used in cooking to add flavor and color when making certain pork dishes. The quality is very good and the price is fair. Definitely recommend this item to all.

Mmm..yummm. If you grew up eating rock candy, this IS rock candy, just no stick or string. It's so good, unflavored, just sweet and delicious. My grandson lives this. Every time he comes over he asks for a couple sugar rocks.This is made in China I believe, but I'm an American, caucasian and I love this! My friend in the middle east said they also use this for tea.It's not really yellow btw..its just not crystal clear and has a slight tint. Great to eat as candy or use in coffee or tea. The only negative I could find is that it comes with some pretty large chunks that need to be broken down. The three boxes for $10 is the best deal you will get online. (If the price is still 3 for $10)

It's good, but without having to break up the crystals,I don't know what you could possibly do with it!!!

Tasty. Although some of them a big, they are very easy to be broken by forcefully drop the bag on the counter.
