Good quality sturdy plastic. I'm using it inside an aquarium for growing plants. The holes are good sized for roots to go through, but small enough that gravel does not fall through (gravel would need to be slightly larger than 1mm; anything smaller would most likely fall out). Would recommend.

I really like these net cups. My local vendor does not sell white or the quality of these. They are built solid. They have a nice thick lip and they don't squish. They look great in my white fence post DIY hydro garden.

Sturdy net pots.

I was concerned the slots would let through small bits of growstones too easily, but that's not been an issue. These are solid little cups that probably won't wear out anytime soon. I'm happy. :-)

Check the measurement... these are biggercthan i thought

worked well, especially like the wider lip then provided on other models, also holds up well in Arizona sun.
