Be Prepared
If you’re looking for something that taste good this is not for you. The taste of this is like water down dirt, it is effective, but you have to take it more than once. At least two days in a row, a total of three servings minimum, at least that’s how it was for me. Just don’t expect something sweet and delicious. This is not even that close to that.

Is it the soursop or the senna?
Very bitter, exactly as it states bitters!! I do a shot of 2ounces and drink lemon juice with water right after or suck on a lemon wedge takes the bitterness away. But I have a question is it the soursop doing the job or the senna? Because senna is a herbal laxative and I have had the same experience with just drinking senna tea.

Warning - consult your doctor
Taste horrible. Caused pain in upper right/back abdominal area. Only took this for a week. Read other reviews and consult your doctor . Can cause kidney or liver pain. Quote for Cleveland Clinic ——> “ Yes, soursop bitters can cause kidney pain, as repeated or high-dose use of soursop (graviola) can be nephrotoxic and cause liver or kidney issues. Individuals with existing kidney problems should avoid soursop. Bitters themselves can also irritate the digestive system or interact negatively with certain medications”.
