Have had issues keeping cottonwood fuzz out of my central air - not only does it keep the fuzz away it also protects from grass and cuttings from the lawn mower. My central-air guy took a picture to share with his other clients.

Love - love this cover. It is STURDY, easy to put on and tightens at the bottom. It is mesh so the conditioner can breath AND absolutely nothing can get into it (leaves, dust, debris). I really feel it will help to protect and conserve my air conditioner for years. Our old air conditioner got clogged up ALL the time with grass clippings and dirt and never ran efficiently forcing our electric bill to sky rocket. I wanted to protect our BRAND NEW Air Conditioner from the start. I got the cover a little bigger than the actual size it should have had. I like it a little more roomy for air flow. I HIGHLY recommend this very nice, sturdy cover.

Truly a good price for these covers. First summer using them to keep the cotton and pod seeds out of my AC units and it is working. Only a few seeds from the cotton pods have made it through the openings. It keeps the cotton out! No more going out 2x a day to brush off the cotton off my units when they are on. When running, the AC units attracts the flying cotton to them and covering the units and block the vents/openings. Prior to this purchase, I would have to go out and sweep them free of cotton at least 2x a day when the trees are in full cotton bloom. They are a little large for my units but have not blown off with the tie on the bottom and it gets windy here! They do not interfere with the unit running. Happy with this purchase.

Too much restriction for air flow, but still let's little cottonwood pieces in. Not really good for a/C units.

I am so glad I purchased this item. It is a quality design, quality material, and quality satisfaction. The product is heavier than I thought it would be. I thought I would be getting material much like a common window screen, but no, this is a rubberized type of material. It has been keeping out all the teeny leaves and twigs that fall from my black locust trees. Congratulations to you if you buy this too...

I like the total coverage, but I don’t like the openness of the fabric. It allows pine needles to get in to the unit, which my previous one did not. My new unit is larger than my old one so the cover I had is not useful on this one, but neither is this product. I will be returning it and looking for something else.
