Super cute and durable!
Bought this as a gift for my sister's wedding and it was a hit! She's had it for a little less than a year, has flown and traveled countless times and they look great so far! The cupholder feature is pretty fun and the lock has been a lifesaver. Plus for the price, especially of a brand like SwissGear, this was a great purchase. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous AND works better than any of my previous luggage
First off, I read other reviews about this bag missing the cup holder - it's important to READ the description closely before ordering. The detail page clearly states the cup holder is only on the small bag (carry-on), not on the medium or large size. The tag that comes with the luggage says the exact same thing, I'm uploading a photo of it. On a check-in bag you rarely need a cup holder anyway, as you check it in as soon as you get to the airport. It'd also be another thing to break when handled by the airport employees. This is an absolutely beautiful bag. I have always used the 28-29" sized luggage bags for check-ins, but on my last trip to Europe I realized just how big and clumpsy it was to move around. So when one of the wheels broke on my then American Tourister Bon Air Spinner and I went looking for a new bag, I decided to go with this Swiss Gear in the 23" size instead. I LOVE the looks on this one, which was one of the main pros for me, it also comes in awesome colors that will be very visible at the baggage claim. And yes, even if it's significantly smaller than my previous 28" and I won't fit nearly as much in it, it will be so much easier to store, roll around, fit on the train, in the car, the taxi etc - just easier to travel with in general. I just have to learn to not bring as many gifts to my family. This Swiss Gear is expandable, something my previous bag wasn't, so that will help as well. It is extremely light weight! It rolls like a dream even when packaged with 45lb of stuff, much better than than my American Tourister. Same goes for the zippers, they're smooth like butter! The handle and "button" are also better than what I'm used to on previous luggage, there are no "hiccups", it's smooth, stable and very exact in its locking mechanism. No way to know how long it'll be this great, but for now I'm super happy with it. The only thing I'm missing are a couple of zippered pockets on the interior zippered "lid" between the two compartments. I had that on my previous bag and it was so convenient for smaller, flatter items. It's a minor thing so it won't affect the rating, this is definitely a 5 star luggage - and the price range is great too.

Excellent Carry-On for Travel
I purchased this luggage for a recent trip and came away very impressed. The suitcase feels sturdy and well-built, yet remains lightweight and easy to maneuver. The spinner wheels roll smoothly, making it effortless to navigate through airports, hotels, and busy terminals. The telescoping handle extends to a nice height, though it becomes a bit wobbly when fully extended. The expandable feature provides extra packing space when needed without making the suitcase feel bulky. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room and useful compartments to keep everything organized. The hardside shell also gave me confidence that my belongings would be well protected during travel. Overall, this is an excellent value for the price and a piece of luggage I would gladly purchase again.

I LOVE the color and exterior quality. Interior could be improved.
I absolutely adore the color wave of this suitcase and I will admit that it was the driving force behind my purchase (on top of Swissgear’s pretty reliable reputation over the years). The color matches exactly how it looks online! The outside feels very sturdy, exactly what I would expect of a hard shell case. I can’t say that it’s scratch resistant at current. It actually feels like it would easily scratch, which is something I’m worried about as I will traveling quite a bit this year. The cup holder has SUCH a smooth design; it’s very easy to open and tuck back in. It has a LOT of interior space on the inside, almost annoyingly so? I do wish that they would have added maybe another pocket somewhere in there - there is plenty of room to do so but I suppose they want you to buy your own organizers for that. Honestly for the price, I think it actually SHOULD come with one cube organizer for accessories or something - but that’s a nitpick. One of the main reasons I wanted this suitcase was for the locking system, which was easy and painless to set up honestly! It has the TSA key grade to unlock it so you don’t have to worry about TSA bursting and breaking your stuff if they need to get inside. This also helps if you end up forgetting your lock number or the manual unlocking system gets jammed. I got it on what I assume is a Memorial Day sale so the price wasn’t that bad! Regardless, the quality of this brand is undeniable in my opinion. Oh, another thing I hard don’t really like is the interior belt that’s supposed to keep your items in place during travel. The locking mechanism seems flimsy and is made of what feels like cheap plastic. I get the impression I may have to end up sewing something sturdier in its stead later but we shall see. When I was researching the quality of the suitcases, I saw a lot of complaints about the rubber on the wheels deteriorating within the year of purchase. Most of these people, if not all?, said that they only traveled maybe once or twice a year and that their suitcase was in storage most of the time. Please make sure yall understand how rubber works when improperly stored. That’s all I can say. I’ll update this review at the end of the year OR after 10 trips! Safe travels!

Great suitcase
Great suitcase. Good quality. Very sturdy. Good positive zippers. Expandable capability. Very easy to more and control when walking either on smooth or rough surfaces. Would by again. Good capacity. Enough space for two people if needed

Let me tell you a story...
I travel back n forth from California to Alaska (work) and was worried about the color and being hard-sided. I've had a soft-sided set for a number of decades. Still going strong, but saw this set at a great price (prime days). First flight home for winter break the luggage had a number of scratches and dings. After flying home for summer break one corner was completely caved in. Thought to myself, 'not sure i could have done that level of damage with a hammer', which gave me an idea 🤔 Grabbed a hammer and popped out the corner. It was better, but still a bit dent-y and had white where the plastic had folded in. I used my hairdryer to heat up the plastic. It got rid of almost all the damage. So, with all that said, yes I would recommend, but only for trips that require luggage to be put in a trunk 😏

I can't recommend this suitcase with its tiny single-sided wheels.
This is a very good looking suitcase. I love the green color. Looks sturdy & tough. However, when I realized how super tiny the wheels are, and the fact that they are not double sided wheels (for a total of 8 wheels), I admit that I gasped. I've been a regular traveler between 2 countries for 20 years, back & forth with great frequency. I'm well aware of what happens to the wheels on suitcases, especially on international flights that have several stops. The wheels are the critical part. I've got to have the double swivel wheels. This suitcase, after I got it packed & stood it upright, I could hear a tiny voice saying "Oh dear, no no no, my wheels are now actually in pain & will soon collapse!" It was then that, to my horror, I realized that I'd failed to notice, before ordering it, that the wheels were so tiny & inadequate. This might be great for short domestic flights, with not a lot of stops, but I can guarantee you that it'll survive maybe just one international trip, if you're lucky. Sadly, I unpacked the suitcase, went back on Amazon to find a suitcase with large double-sided swivel wheels that can hold 72 pounds (allowance in 1st class) and not collapse under the weight, or the guaranteed mishandling that happens with frequent stops on international flights. It was a last minute situation so I didn't have time to return the suitcase, so instead I donated it to a charity organization. Big double-sided swivel wheels are the game changer. I have to have them. I can't recommend this suitcase. It just won't survive very long.

Lightweight, beautiful colour!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the colour. Got this suitcase as a carry on bag. Haven’t traveled with it yet but it does fit the air Canada size limit for carry on so I’m hoping for the best. I was slightly disappointed that it didn’t come with a side handle to make putting it in overhead storage easier but it’s very lightweight so it shouldn’t be much of a struggle. The locking system is very easy to use and the Swiss Gear website shows you how to change the combination, very easy to do. It did come with a small scuff on the bottom but when you want to buy/travel with light coloured luggage that is the risk you take. Will definitely be purchasing more luggage from this company, I highly recommend! Safe travels!!

Realice la compra por el detalle del porta vaso, pero me enviaron una simple maleta como cualquier otra ( Sin porta vasos) adicional el material se siente muy frágil. No es lo que describen
