Hella ValueFit 500 LED Series - LED Driving Lamp Kit – Universal Off-Road Light for Pickup Trucks, ATV, SUV, 4x4, Jeep, Tractors / 358117171

Been a Hella customer for 25 years. Quality of products are still the same high caliber after 25 years. I recently bought a Polaris General 4 and have been setting it up for my driving style. Needed additional lighting for nighttime trail riding. Decided to mount these on ther lower A-arms at the base of windshield. Very impressed with packaging, simplicity of included hardware, quality of hardware (included Nylock nuts) etc. The lights themselvs are good quality aluminum. Perfect size at 6" and comes with sleek black stone shields. Initially, I was hoping for the white ones for an old school throwback look but once I saw the black shiny finish, I knew it was going to look great. I casually started putting everything together at the breakfast table while while babysitting my neice and nephew. Didnt want to take away any QT with the kids so I had them find the parts for me as I assembled the mounts. The A-arm mounts were lying around so I proactivly mounted those to the lights too. So far: 10 min invested. Kids and I headed down to the garage and mounting the lights to the A-arms took about 5 minutes. Things were going so smoothly, I sent my niece back upstairs to grab the harness. When she arrived back down to the garage, she had the harness but left the instructions upstairs. No instructions needed. This is straight forward with bomb proof QD connections everywhere. Only 2 wires to hook up to + and - with ring connections already crimpped on and heat shrinked. My Polaris General has a busbar with 6 ports. I was able to bypass using up a port and mounted the rings righht to the main + and -. Flick the swithch and kids cheered! Super bright LED's worked. This is a 3 way switch so if you flip it all the way down, the main LEDs go out and a small accent LED comes on giving just enough light to cut the dark for trailside repairs/cocktails/p-break etc. This was a nice unexpected modern feature. Time for wiring install: 10 minutes. 25 minutes total, casual install involving a 5 year old and an 8 year old without instructions. Seriously, a chimp could install these lights with successful results. I couldnt be happier. These are not $500 pencil beams. These are modern driving lights thatcast the same color as my Polasis's LED headlights but illuminate 2 - 3x as much and certainly wash over the periphels of the trail. Couldnt be happier with fit, function and expected quality. There's cheaper lights out there and certainly more expensive ones. For $135, it's not going to break the bank, your getting a quality name brand kit with a warranty. I'd pay $60 for the harness alone. It's that good.

Product arrived very quickly and hats off to the Seller who did a fantastic job! The lights are super bright and very high quality. Adjustment of the lights/beam is great, and so is the construction and all of the included hardware. Wiring kit was top quality and works very well. My only criticism of Hella on this kit is the toggle switch for the wiring harness is OVAL and impossible to drill a series of different diameter holes to mount it. Why they don’t have a round switch in their wiring kit is beyond comprehension. With that said, I purchased the exact same switches, but round and not oval, from Amazon for around $10 shipped. If you’re looking to purchase this complete kit, or even a Hella wiring harness, do yourself a favor and buy a ROUND on-off-on toggle switch for a super easy and clean installation.

I’ve been researching LED lights for my camper van for months. 2020 Dodge Promaster. The high end lights were crazy $$$, didn’t want to spend $600-$800 for two 6”-7” driving lights! Then buy wiring harness, no way. And most of what you find on here look fancy but are cheaply made and fail quickly. You get what you pay for. So I went old school, came down to the KC or Hella. I couldn’t be happier! Especially with the old school Hella. Product packaging was top notch, simple plug and play. Wire harness is solid, I’ve read other’s reviews about harness not being thick enough wire gauge. Seems to be right size and connections sealed. Wire harness length was perfect amount. Battery box along frame rail to front end. Only baby complaint I have is the oval switch, I wanted a round hole illuminated switch so I know power/lights are on. End result, for $200 out the door they are extremely well made product that should last a long time. Bonus they have running lights as well. Also bought the extra yellow lens for snow/dusty conditions. MelBorn 🤙🏼

I purchased these based on my past experience with hella products and they have largely improved since the last product I purchased Pros Mounting hardware is good quality Wiring harness is also well made Lights are bright as they should be CONS I find the marketing of value fit to be stupid I also find the accent lighting to be only useful in mall parking lots were those same people would be largely embarrassed by having value lights to impress the chicks But for a utilitarian like myself those are both pretty irrelevant but funny that they do so

Extremely bright lights!!!!!! Don’t think twice they are worth the money! They come with all the wiring you need and installation items. Very good light pattern kind of a mix between spot and flood.

I purchased this LED light kit based on reviews, so I thought that I should leave my own. These lights are intended for off road use in mind, but they are legal to run in many states on road as high beams. These lights are way too bright for oncoming traffic, you will blind them. I purchased the amber shields to go along with these, and I am glad that I did. It provides protection while allowing you to use the lights without removing the covers. The daytime running light function is nice, and I think will double as a fog light in really dense fog, depending on the height and angle that you have them mounted. I also purchased a different 3 prong switch that is round and has a nut that screws on the back to secure it in place. The switch that came with these lights is pretty crappy in my opinion. It is oval in shape and secures by pushing it in to hole and having it lock into place with two little plastic prongs. The wiring harness is really nice, however the switch is junk. Easy to install in my Jeep CJ5. Took less than an hour start to finish. All in all, really happy with this purchase. Nice LED upgrade at a reasonable price.

Just delivered and seems I'm liking....... Bought for a classic car, and needed some technical advice as I was not sure about ABC of it, so that I approached Hella office in Dubai. I called Hella, but no one was available for an advice and asked me to send a mail. I sent two mails, including to the Sales Manager of Hella in Dubai...... 3-4 days has gone never responded..... level of attention and customer care is amazing.....! Note: I couldn't find a single dealer even after walking on the streets of spare parts for two hours in Dubai! Looking forward to fix and enjoy! I called Hella

Compré estas luces para instalarlas en mi R nineT, lamentablemente son demasiado grandes y pesadas para poderlas instalar en el crashbar. Me sugirieron montarlas en la tijera pero no creo que se vean bien ni que vayan a iluminar en la dirección que yo deseo. No recomiendo este producto para motos en general pero seguro en un coche se verán increíbles. El material es de muy buena calidad, tanto de los focos como de los arneses. Una lástima que no pude instalarlas.

اعجبتني الصناعه المتقنه وجودة الاسلاك وان الملحقات كامله في العلبه وحتى الغطاء الواقي ولكن للاسف الاضائه جداً ضعيفه
