This eye mask was recommended for a blocked tear duct. This mask was delivered quickly and exactly as described. This worked great and helped alleviate the discomfort.

Works great! My husband had a cyst on his eye and we couldn’t get any medical attention for 2 days. We were able to control the pain and swelling with quality eye drops and using this 3 times a day. Easy to clean, soft, retains heat for an effective amount of time.

These little eye warmers are very good. They appear to have beads, rather than the flax seed type that eventually settle and compress until they have much less "fill". These provide moist heat, which is ideal and they have a removal, washable cover which is also a great idea. The cover is easily removable. Overall, great product, EXCEPT they put a terrible head band on it. The generic hook and loop fastener strip is not the most secure; but, it does the job. The worse problem is the hard, very sharp edge of the head band that rests on top of your ears. As it slices into your ears, it's fairly uncomfortable. The only thing you can do is raise the band up at the back of your head and hope it doesn't slip down. It's only for 10 minutes, so it's bearable; but, what an uncomfortable strap. In whole, a very good product with just the one glaring bad quality. Twenty seconds in my microwave yields 10 minutes of comfortable moist heat. But, please Medviz, change that head band strap!!

This is the most comfortable, cozy eye mask out there! The luxurious blue velvet fabric material is beautiful and soft and the flexible Velcro strap does not grab my hair but lets me adjust the eye mask to fit my head! This seems to be the right choice after comparing it with other items available. This heats in 15-20 seconds. I tried both! 15 seconds seems OK for shorter wearing times and 20 seconds makes the heat last 10 minutes or more. The reason I am using this mask is because my doctor told me to get one to deal with an eye infection in both eyes. My eyes had literally turned red and were painful. I have medicated eye drops to use three times a day and then I'm supposed to use this mask 5 times a day. Doctor's orders! After days of use my eyes are going back to normal now. For portability try putting it in a zippered plastic bag for transport! I am very happy with this eye mask and would get it again. The actual fabric cover is washable so I will do that in a few days when my 7 days of therapy is up! Using twice a day for my very dry eyes after cataract surgery. Don’t need to use eye drops. Microwave 20 seconds and take a 10 minute rest break. Eyes feel refreshed.

This eye mask is soft and comfortable. Heating & care directions & precautions on the bag are clear and easy to follow. The mask heats to a comfortable temperature and holds the heat for a good eight to ten minutes. Stays in place with/without the head band. I've only had mine for about 3 days, but it appears sturdy. Small and easy to pack or carry in a medium small purse.

Great mask, just heat for 20 seconds and it's ready to wear. Very comfortable, I don't know where the reviews came from that said it was not. It heats, wears and stays put like it should.

I didn't like the feel of the mask on my eyes. It cooled off fast.
