No it won’t. The “scent” your female dog has when in heat is hormones. You can’t “mask” the scent of hormones. If you don’t want your male “going crazy,” be a responsible pet owner and get both of your pets neutered and spayed vs. having two intact dogs in one home despite not being a responsible breeder.
