Being someone with darker hair, it’s always been kind of a challenge to use any temporary hair dye that won’t damage hair. But these little hair chalk sticks are a lot of fun and show up vibrantly. I will say the lighter pink on darker hair doesn’t exactly pop as much as the blue and purple in this example. I’d say that as it dries, the product gets closer to the expected color. would definitely buy again, great for sporting events, Easter, baskets, Valentine’s Day, gifts, and stocking stuffers.

Very vibrant on light colored hair. I have chestnut (dark) brown hair with platinum blonde on the long shaggy top. These chalk markers work great. They are more "waxy" - think oil pastels and not dry chalk. They pair well with my normal dry paste (goldwell) and textured hair paste (aveda). They wash out and off skin with a little water. I also spritz hair a little and run a brush through after to distribute. I use disposable gloves while applying. They do stain fabric and if you lay on the couch or a pillow or itch you will spread color to those things. If it rains you will be colorful everywhere - color running down face. However, I give these 5 stars because they work well to add color. My daughter has long/straight hair and this works for her but it looks kind of greasy. So if you have short hair, hair textured hair, or use product normally this should be ok. If you have $10,000 couches or oriental rugs your kids roll on - this is not the product for you.

The colours aren't that easy to apply, takes a few strokes to get the hair covered. The colour is OK but nothing special. We ended up using the chalk as facepaint which it actually works great at. I'm a little annoyed that the chalk is only like 2 inches long despite the pen being about 6 inches long.

Works pretty well on damp hair. My son has dark hair and it shows up pretty well.

While this product is a lot of fun and my daughter does enjoy doing it, the colors aren't very pigmented and have a hard time showing up. Also, this product is hard to get on the hair. When you apply, you have to push a little bit and the hair parts making it a bit challenging.

My girls have lighter colored hair and it sets in really well. Does take a few washes to get out depending on how much was applied. But overall good product. My daughters love doing hair chalk, they can do it on their own!

Fun and temporary color! It was very hard to twist up for more color but there is more in there once you can get it up. Works on both my girls different textured/very curly hair. Some colors showed up better on darker hair but you could always find at least two colors that popped quite a bit!

Il prodotto si presenta come una matita con consistenza morbida, di cere colorate molto pigmentate. Inizialmente dopo l'applicazione risulta appiccicoso ma spazzolando si distribuisce sul capello senza ungere. Ci vuole un pó di pazienza essendo simile ad un pennarello, per chi necessita di una colorazione più completa ed estesa sui capelli. Non macchia la pelle in modo insistente e si rimuovere con della semplice acqua. Si scolorisce con l'andare del tempo e dopo un lavaggio si elimina ( per capelli più chiari, potrebbe essere necessario un secondo lavaggio). Ottimo prodotto!! Preso per mia figlia di 7 anni ma usato anche da me! Molto divertente!
