Buy this bag!
Seriously, if you are looking for a rugged, durable bag that will carry a lot of crap easily, this is the bag. I was in a bad position: a third year law student, 5 months pregnant, having to walk almost a mile from my permitted parking lot. I was carrying probably 30+ lbs of case books (1000+ pages of onion skin) and computer in a backpack, but knew that had to stop when I was having cramps. So I bought this bag back in October 2015. It is now almost graduation, April 2016 and this bag is still going strong. It got me through my whole pregnancy and my recovery after a c-section. Note: I bought the blue chevron bag just in case it makes a difference. So details about my use:EVERY DAY for MONTHS loaded with probably 40+ lbs of books, paper, computer, pencils, my whole life. Even my heels sometimes when my feet hurt. I rolled it over rough sidewalks through South Dakota winter with salt and ice and snow. I used it within the building too, dragging it up and down stairs in the classroom.Condition of the Bag now:It is still entirely usable. The handle is a little looser, you can't push the bag anymore, although I could when I first received it. The body of the bag came loose from one of the wheel brackets, but is still attached at the bottom. Still usable, although it tends to fall forward more if I don't load all my stuff to the back. Wheels are great! Not cracked, broken, worn down, or any such thing. It still rolls like a dream. The plastic panel that makes up the back of the bag is curved now, but that's because I loaded it up so much. I didn't expect it to survive past my pregnancy! The mesh pockets on the side are ripped, but that is probably because I used them rather injudiciously.A note on this bag: It has almost no pockets, so you really are looking at a free-for-all when you toss your stuff in. That can get kind of hard with things like earphones or pencil bags. You might have to lean almost all the way to the floor to get them from the bottom of the bag. If you buy this bag, it might not be a bad idea to have bags/organizers that you use inside of it. It never bothered me much. I loved being able to just toss stuff in and go. It really is sturdy--I have never had a problem with it tipping forward, which I have had with many of my nicer, more expensive luggage. However, I am very careful to load all of my books and things towards the back.

Great, Great, Tote
This is perfect for a single person doing shopping for him/herself.The bag is very well made, the wheels are very good, it rolls smoothlyBag is very roomy, 8 deep, 15 wide, 19 or 20 tall interior size (inches). There are two very roomy mesh pockets on the side and one large, front, flat pocket. Inside at the top rear is another gusseted, zippered pocket for keys, snacks, wallet, glasses or phone. (7 in wide by 8 long or down.) Small pocket but allows you to have easy access to small accessories as it is on the top and easy to reach when the bag is full. As it will flex it will hold all sorts of stuff if you pack it smartly. You will get more in the tote if you un-bag your groceries from the store's bags before putting them in the tote, and put your items in one by one. Bagged groceries are ok for just a few things, but the way they are jumbled together in the store's bag you loose a lot of room that could be gained if your stuff was consolidated by packing things in individually. This is perfect for walking home after shopping, bringing groceries in from the car, or taking on a bus if you travel that way.As it zips across the top all groceries are hidden inside, stay together and no one needs to know that you purchased all toilet paper.I just returned from shopping on a bus. It held: (what I remember)large box of cheese-it crackers, family size.2 boxes of Little Debbie's donut sticks.6-pack of Slimfast diet drink.2 cans of hash.large bottle of vitamins.package of fresh cheese sticks (real cheese).4 ice trays not nested.2 frozen dinners, Stouffers Mac & Cheese, large size.cookie sheet 13 x 9.package of lunch meat.It would have held more. There was still some room in main compartment. I didn't use the two side pockets or the front pocket. If you want to carry more, use the cloth bags the markets have and loop the handles over the pulling handle of the California Pak and rest the bags on top of the tote so you pull the tote handle and all bags are rolling. If you carry a backpack, you can just put it in the tote on way to store and carry the backpack on the top of the tote with the shoulder straps looped over the tote pulling handle on the way back.Best solution for moderate shopping I've had.Great, Great, Great.Steve
