I started noticing new hair growth about half way through this bottle. I only took one a day. Actually skipped it for several days here & there. My hair tends to grow super slow so any new growth is exciting. It’s not in the place I want but I guess beggars can’t be choosers. It’s coming in on front side area and in the back. I’m going to order another bottle today and see what happens with it. Nails seems to be stronger as well. Haven’t noticed hair growing anywhere else it shouldn’t be. Overall good product I would recommend it.

I like Thorne vitamins. I didn't see any benefit from this particular one though.

I've been using this for 2 years and my hair is amazing. One note is that my hair is curly now. Beautiful wavy curls. But, I can straighten if I want, but I've never had such fullness. I get compliments daily. I also use Thorne's collagen. My neice finished chemo for the 4th time in 7 years and I started her on it...it is growing like crazy and thick AF!! also curly lmao
