Easy to use
I’ve made many Madeleines using these molds. They are fine. The silicon mold can be flimsy, so you need to be careful not to burn your hands. Good price-quality value. I would recommend to a friend.

Perfect madeline pan
My BFF signed us up for a French cooking class to celebrate my birthday where we made madelines. The chef recommended a silicone pan and this was the one we ordered. It worked perfectly! Non-stick and easy to clean.

Decent Madeleine mold
You do need to put these on a cookie sheet to bake. They are not sturdy and will flip around while trying to out them in the over. The can be difficult to remove cookies if not buttered completely. The shell shape is a little difficult to see once the cookies have cooked. Cleaning was pretty easy.

Pinkies high!
Very easy to clean. Need to be filled on oven rack or supported by a cookie sheet. A bit larger than expected. Turns out perfect Madeline! Thank you.

Performance
I was a pastry chef for 8 years and have had several different madeleine molds. These work perfectly. Batter cooked to a crispy edge with a tender center. They unmolded quickly (5 minutes) and had good line definition. I was skeptical since I've always used metal molds but am very happy with these.

It's not a good idea to get a silicone have a very small compartment to put your batter mix in there and when you put it in the oven to bake everything is spelled out and old become one big lump big piece and and sometime it burn because when it spells out it gets too thin

Shallow Mold and Affects Baking Temp
The tray needs to have a another pan under has the silicone structure is flimsy. Since it is made from silicone the heat conduction ability is weaker than an actual metal madeleine tray which may hinder the temperature reaction for having the madeleine signature hump thus you will need to cook a little bit longer or at a higher heat. Tbh, the mold's dept is a bit shallow for my preference. But overall for it is a ok product, it would have been better if the the mold's are deeper
