I never write reviews, but I felt inclined to because of what just happened to my 4 year old. I bought this for the height, but it is not safe. It does not make contact with the floor on all 4 sides and there is no angle on the front or back to give it stability. The stool will tip unless your child stands directly in the center. My 4 year old just stood on it, it tipped, and he fell right into the bathroom counter and has a horrible black eye.It tipped once before this and he hit his chin. I chalked it up to my son being rowdy since I didn't see it happen, but this time I watched the whole thing and he was just using it normally.

I needed a stool that was a little taller for my son to get onto the potty by himself. He is a short little guy. This is short enough for him to easily step onto, but tall enough for him to get onto the toilet unassisted without slipping. It has a nice grip on the bottom so we've never had a problem with it slipping. It is lightweight and the perfect size for him to carry around the house too (to get into things he's not supposed to). He loves his stool.

I like this one more then the one I purchased at Ikea, this one is higher and my 2 year old can reach the sink and the faucet to wash her hands, by herself, which is the big deal to her. Also we are potty training so it is easy for her to get on the toilet too. I bought a matching toilet seat for toddlers, so it is looks nice and neat.

This stool had rave reviews so I expected a little higher quality. We’ve only owned it for a few weeks and it already has a deep crack going down the side. (See photo.) It’s not even stable anymore. It is also sits a little bit too high for most standard toilets. Lastly, it flips over very easily. A little hazardous for a toddler to use. Trust me, go another route. Very disappointed.

We will be using this for years to come. My son is almost 2 and we bought it for potty training and to help him reach the sink to wash his hands. Currently it's just a tad short still, but we make it work and with him growing all the time it will soon be the perfect height.

This is a great step stool. My 2 year old little girl loves this thing! It's light enough for her to carry from room to room. It's sturdy with rubber grips on the bottom. I also like that it's a bit taller than most plastic toddler stools out there. She loves it for climbing up onto the potty and for washing her hands and brushing her teeth. I recommend this fully. And for the price point, it can't be beat. Super pleased with this purchase.

It's made out of plastic so I wouldn't say it's super sturdy. However, for a child's weight and size it works really well. It has handles which most don't and that makes it easy for a child to move it around to wherever they need it. This lives in front of a sink but if your kid needs it another place they can easily transport it by themselves. They can also sit on it to put on their shoes by the door, etc. Since it's made out of plastic, you can easily wash it and return it to 'Like New' status so it never detracts from wherever you put it.

This is a sturdy stool and lightweight so it can be easily moved. It is high enough that our 3-year-old grandson can reach the bathroom sink to wash his hands. It's a little high for potty training since our toilet is fairly low, so we're actually using a different stool for that. But it supports the weight of an adult so it's handy to keep in the bathroom for when I need to reach the top shelves of the linen closet.
