After sending them photos they were able to send out a free new cover that meet all expectations of there product. The elastic used on the tank cover now properly hugs the top and bottom of the tank and looks much better. This is better then the weber cover. I got to say customer service was top notch and they were very responsive. Great product and great company to work with.Thank you!Quality wise it is very well made. Doesnt feel cheap at all. But the picture shows the bag hugging the top and bottom of the tank which isnt true. It is loose on both top and bottom. There are no cords to pull to tighten the bag on the ends.
