I did get good feeding after I get used to it which was about 20 minutes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty decent grinder *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2006* To begin with, I did not receive the table clamp model from the description, I received a bench mount model. I believe it's the same grinder, you just have to fashion your own mount. I screwed mine to a piece of 3/4 in. plywood and use a C-clamp to fasten it to a tabletop. All other aspects are as described. It is solidly built (it IS cast iron, after all!) and the tin plating is well done. This is a small meat grinder, but I am not butchering a side of beef, I just want to grind 2 or 3 pounds of meat at a time. I ground two pounds of tough pork shoulder in about 5 minutes. The first time you use it, throw away the first pound of meat you grind, regardless of how well you think you've cleaned the parts. I was ready to stuff my sausage when I noticed globs of grease in the meat. It stuffs sausage casings well, but you need three or four hands to do it efficiently. I told them that the product they sent me was not the product in the description which as a clamp-on type.After checking it out, the CS rep called me and expressed that there was, indeed, a discrepancy. she gave me several options including sending it back and getting a refund, but I opted for an amount refunded which would pay for hardware and board I needed to buy to make it a clamp-on.I was impressed and totally satisfied with the result.
