I purchased this case for my Samsung S7 after my clear, one piece case failed to keep my expensive glass shield from cracking after dropping the phone a very short distance. Okay, so a new, more protective looking case and a new glass shield needed to be purchased. I've given this case only four stars because although it's very pretty and it feels good in my hand it didn't come with any instructions and I'm not 100% certain that it won't fall apart if I drop the phone. The case is in three pieces. For heaven sakes, would it kill them to include a piece of paper with drawings for step one, step two, and step three? I experimented a little bit and I think I got it right on the second try, but it's hard to click shut and I'm not sure it will stay that way. Time will tell. I may have to update this review. Another annoyance is that my expensive new glass shield wants to pull up at the corners and edges and I have to keep smoothing it down. So despite that fact that the case truly is beautiful, I'm not sure how long it will be before I'm looking for another one. I wish Otterbox made prettier cases!Update: A month later, I ended up having to replace it. It didn't fall apart and it's still beautiful, but the problem with the glass shield could not be overcome and became a real problem. I would recommend this case without reservation to anyone that does not use a glass shield. I don't know if the same problem would occur with the flexible plastic shields, maybe not. Definitely cannot recommend for a phone with a glass shield.

If you are only looking at the case and not the design or print of the case, then it's sturdy and a good case. The case starts to fall apart when you look at the design. So the case is two pieces, and they snap together. It's hard to explain, but they printed the design incorrectly on the case, so when you snap it together the left side of the design should go on the right side of the opposing side. So the image does not line up, they need to invert one of the images so that when the case snaps together with the image lines up correctly.So let's disregard the fact that the image was printed incorrectly, after just about four days of usage the printed image is peeling off.I gave it two stars because it's a protective case and technically it does that. It lost three stars because it was printed incorrectly and the quality of the print job that caused it to peel up after only a few days of usage.

There were two things that helped me decide to go with this phone case. First, it was very pretty. I still think the case is pretty. The only thing is that after almost one year, the design/color is starting to wear off. It doesn't bother me too much, but it seems like the case should be able to stand quite a bit more use without the design/color wearing off. Second, and more importantly, I was looking for a case that would really protect my phone. I'm very happy with the case in regards to this second point. My phone has fallen onto tile floors and pavement without even getting a crack in the glass. Sometimes the plastic bottom and top parts of the case unsnap on impact, but my phone has always been protected because of the silicone. I use a liquid film screen protector on my phone and the case still fits perfectly. At the end of the day, it's a great case for a great price. A couple improvements in quality would make it even better.

Very pretty but it is not burgundy as pictured. It is more of a pinkish purple. It seems like a good, solid case that would hold up well but it's not what I was expecting. I have included a picture of the back that I took with it laying on my burgundy sofa. I did use a flash so it came out just very slightly lighter than it is but you can easily see the difference in the colors. They are still misprinting the pattern so that when you put on the front it does not match up with the back. However, unless you're looking closely you probably wouldn't notice. It's not as easy to grip as I expected (it's very smooth and just a tad slippery) but it's MUCH better than no case at all. The case is easy to assemble and remove. It seems like it would protect the phone very well even if dropped. I have never dropped any of my phones but I always put them in a good case because you never know. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or not simply because of the esthetics but it is very sturdy and I would highly recommend it if you're not too picky about the looks and would be happy with the true color.

I did not like this case. I wanted to. I really tried to. It was very pretty. However, it seemed extremely cheaply made. The plastic seemed like it would break very easily. Most importantly, it didn't fit well. Once I put a glass screen protector on, the plastic that snaps onto the outside didn't fit well and wouldn't snap into place. Unfortunately, this phone case was returned.

This isn't the worst case I've ever owned, but its certainly not the best either. I would say that you get what you pay for and this was a cheap case, however, the last case I purchased for my LG phone was something I found on Amazon, was VERY inexpensive and was better than any other case I've ever owned. So I don't think it was about the price. This case doesn't stay together very well. I have to keep popping all the little parts back in place. The design on the front doesn't match up with the design on the back. It's backward. That isn't a huge deal, but felt I should note it since I'm leaving a review of the quality. Overall it does actually work in that it has saved my phone from breaking (I'm a clutz) however I have to put it back on every time as the parts unlatch and pop off. I bought the case frankly because it looked heavy duty and had such a beautiful design, however, I think I would just go with something more practical next time instead of pretty. It's not worth losing an expensive phone over.
