I was doubtful if it would protect my suitcase as the spandex seemed rather ‘thin’.So I was nicely surprised when my suitcase and the cover came back pristine. You could argue that the airlines have improved in its luggage handling and that my suitcase is scratch proof (it isn’t) - or you could argue that the cover works. I think it does.I’ve now washed the cover on a wool wash and it’s as good as new ready for my next trip. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great looking cover *by D***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 October 2018* Now used on a large hard suitcase for the first trip . The cover was tight to get on at first but that is better than being baggy. Securely fastened by a zip at the bottom. Admired by many including check in staff. It was easy to identify on the carousel and helped to save the case from damage and dirt. I have washed it at 20 degrees and drip dried after a low spin without any problems.
