Avaya 1416 Digital Telephone Global (700508194) by Avaya (Renewed)

Ordered two of these for our office as we already have the Avaya system. I was very surprised when I unpacked them as they are in "like new" condition. It's hard to tell they are used. They were also boxed and packed very well. Both of them work and look great.

This product was easy to setup and installed.

Some Phones were missing the labels, some missing the plastic covers for the labels, one had a bad handset that doesn’t work and one phone had the volume up/down button not working. Overall, bad refurbishing and bad quality control. Customer service said lets see what we can do but never got back to us.

It was exactly what I needed. Plugged it in and it stated working.
