Adults can have fun things too! I was hoping to use it to listen to audio books while falling asleep but it needs a little tweaking. It's hard to not pull out regular earbuds and you can't really lay on your side in them so this seemed like a good solution. That said, it barely fits my head and the exposed velcro catches in my hair. I plan on removing the velcro and just putting in some elastic. It also helps to move the control cylinder to over the right ear or temple instead of behind the head where you would be laying on it. They are probably designed more for sitting during travel rather than laying in beds. The controls are simple and it gets plenty loud. I did have to turn the speakers around so they were facing my ears, and you have to make sure you slide them around in the band so they are located properly over each ear for best results. My husband next to me said he could hear every word when I had the volume up, but once I turned it down to where he couldn't hear it, the volume was still fine for me. I had no trouble pairing it with my iphone and the charge lasts longer than I was hoping for. Happy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great! Get the wired ones.
