Does "a" session very well. Displaying previous sessions needs some work.
Seems to work as advertised for a single workout session. Setup your training session, start it, and it counts punches and indexes of impact. However, it is supposed to store up to 10 previous sessions for comparison, but the display of those previous sessions is buggy on my system. It seems to have trouble deciding what the Y axis scale should be for force when moving from one session to another. It could also benefit from being able to save a workout setup. That is, when you want to train 3, 3-min rounds with 1 min rest between rounds, for example, you shouldn't have to set up that scenario every time.

Needed a slight modification for accuracy
A single punch was registering 3 to 4 punches in a single a throw in it’s recommended placements. I attached the sensor to the support beam that the bag was on, and it now registers one to one punches. Not sure how accurate the force sensor is, but at least it now provides a solid baseline.

The item didn't fit my heavy bag that I returned to Koles.

The app does not work anymore. So the item isn't usable.

The app Froze and I had to delete it to restart it then it deleted all the data info from My previous workout

Good sensor - horrible software
I bought this with great enthusiasm thinking I'd be putting in some great workouts, tracking my progress, etc. Nope, instead it was a frustrating experience--app would lose connection to the sensor, interrupting my workout, turning into an IT project. No thanks.

It's an accelerometer based device.
AFAIK, the key here is total "energy", not peak, especially if you have a floor standing bag that is too light (the sensor will give bad peak reading when the bag bounces and hit the ground).

App stopped working after a month
App stopped working after a month seller refused refund if the app or replacement if its the tracker. i was told its been over a month so they will not refund or replace.The app itself offers no support they also do not have their own website for the product to look for solutions.Do not buy this is essentially a cat fish like scam.
