An Amazing Addition To My Activities I Use In Therapy
I first ordered this when I was doing therapy with children and it made such a lovely icebreaker as well as a great introduction for children who were a little more closed off or skeptical of opening up. The idea that you are answering one of the questions in a silly manner humanized you with the kids and made you seem "less adult". Which, if you've ever worked with kids, you know sometimes they view "adults" as not always trustworthy so it takes a while for them. I ended up having several of the kids I saw (from ages 8 to 17 at the time) request this game because it was "silly and fun". It made those hard to answer questions into something not so scary, and when I used this in a group setting it made a lot of the kids like that they can share their answers too without being judged. Overall, this is such a lovely game and I recommend it to all interns and therapist to add to their little work kits!

Great for kids!
I'm a counselor and work mostly with kids. I would say know your audience but so far my 6-10 year olds love this game. I did have to help some read them. But it's great for building rapport, having some laughs, and it does get them talking. I also used these with my own kids when I 1st got them and they loved it and wanted to keep playing (my kids are 10, 11, 13). So now I will bring them home occasionally and play a few rounds at dinner or something.

OT tool for adolescent Pt.
Great tool for using during interoception exercises to have Pts explain how they feel, but in a silly way,to decrease stigma of discussing difficult topics. OT use in school setting.

Okay game for established relationships
Some of the activities ( eg. Holding your tongue)are really awkward to implement especially as a therapist working with kids

Great therapy resource
Awesome to work with my teen clients! Is there a similar version for first graders?

Great game, marketed for 7 to 15 year olds, but the questions are too adult and not clear enough for that age group. I had to spend a lot of time explaining what they meant. We had some giggles with it though.
