As other customers have stated this scent is barely noticeable. the true value of this purchase was actually the replacement screen that the filter came with .  To Heaven fresh:  the original lemon scent is the Only one you need to make.

The scent is too weak. I have the knob opened up and still can barely smell anything. Don't know if it's in storage too long or if its just not a strong scent. The lemon version is much better. Not recommended.
