Best wool socks I've found and I've tried many!
Have bought multiple sets of these over the years. They are soft and warm. The best winter socks I've found (highest wool content but not itchy at all). I wear them frequently, including for running in cold weather. They hold up well - not forever, the heels start to get thin eventually but they do last as long as I expect they should. Colors are nice too and they don't fade. Although they keep my feet warm, they do not overheat because they are merino wool. They are not thick, but of course thicker than a synthetic sock. Maybe about the same thickness as an athletic sock? I am able to wear them with most shoes and boots - but if you have a pair of shoes that's already tight, these might not work. I love them!

Love these socks
I am really trying to wear all natural fiber clothes. But things like socks can be problematic to find. Theses 86% wool socks are great. I have been wearing them now for about 2 months (well yes, I do take them off to wash.) They really make a difference in how cold/warm my feet feel at work. My desk is on an outside wall and here in the great north that can be a problem. To compound it we have a cement floor. There is a noticeable difference in my feet comfort when I wear these as opposed to my mostly cotton socks. I also like that these are cushy. I have been wearing and washing them steady since purchase and they have held up great. I do turn them inside out to wash as the instructions say. Sometimes they have a little fluff inside that I take out. But if you are familiar with high content fine wool socks that is normal. The other thing I like is that they are not super thick. So I can wear these with my regular shoes without feeling like I am stuffing my feet in. Some of my other wool socks are much thicker and as a result not as comfortable as these. And weirdly enough even tho these are thinner they seem to keep my feet just as warm as the heavy ones. Over all I highly recommend these socks and would purchase them again...In fact I am planning on getting more. You know how it is when you find something that you like. Get more right away before they change it up.

Great for himing
I got these for our trip to Italy, after reading how important good socks are for hiking. I’m SO glad that I invested in these merino wool socks, and got some for my husband, too. We walked A LOT and neither of us suffered ANY blisters or foot issues. I’m so glad that I listened to that advice. These socks are well made, unlike any others that I have. Seems like nowadays, socks last a couple of wearings. I’m so sick of cheap socks and how they don’t hold up. These are different. I know they’re expensive, but they aren’t the most expensive out there, for sure. But, you get what you pay for. These stood up to 9 mile days in all kinds of terrain and conditions. I would not hesitate to purchase these again. I had one small hole develop after wearing these multiple times, and I think maybe that sock was defective, but I bought some merino wool and darned that sock, and it’s holding up fine. If you’re a walker/hiker I recommend getting good socks. You don’t have to get the most expensive merino wool socks to get the benefits of merino wool socks. These will do the trick, plus they’re cute.

Great socks, Snug at Calf
EnerWear Outdoor Hiking Trail Crew Sock, size 9-11: Second order in eight years. They have held up well to moderate use and many washings. Would recommend. Can’t beat wool for breathability and warmth even if damp or wet. Warmth is subjective of course, and depends on whether you are generating heat with your activity…but here’s my summary: In extreme cold (15 degrees F and colder) : these will probably not be warm enough, especially if you are just using for light exercise / walking. They are thin enough to add a second pair overtop. In Moderate cold (32 to 15 degrees F): warm enough, especially if you are doing moderate to heavy exercise. For example, I can wear these comfortably in my cross country ski boots as a single layer and be comfortable for 6 hours + on the trail. Warm weather to mildly cold (anything above freezing): these will be great regardless of your level of activity. I like these for hiking even in hot weather due to their breathability and wicking. There is enough padding for shorter hikes of say 2-3 hours, then you could change them for a fresh dry pair. Value: have been pleased with the durability at the price point of $6 dollars a pair. Con: I find these a little snug at the top cuff. (for reference, my calf is about 12.5 inches in circumference at about 9 inches from the ground.) Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Awesome socks!
These are great socks. Sometimes wool socks are really stiff or the elastic isn’t stretchy enough. These are perfect. I also have thick calves and these were comfy. These keep my feet warm but aren’t too thick. A good buy!

The Real Deal - These Socks Withstand The Test Of Time
As I was putting on my favorite socks in the world today, I thought "These socks have really held up well, did I ever leave a review?" I bought these socks almost four years ago. I bought four other brands as well, I was on a kick of just replacing all my socks with wool socks. These are the only ones I still have, and they look and feel just about as good as the day I bought them. They are still soft, have only stretched out a little (for five years of wear that's great in my book,) and they still look nice enough that I wear the two dark colored pairs as dress socks at work. I absolutely can not recommend these enough - They are the perfect intersection of quality and price. Honestly, my only complaint is that my partner keeps stealing them. He works construction and likes these better than the "work socks" he has! Pictured today, after years of use (and I'm not kind to my socks!)

Warm, soft, cute & affordable!
These socks are a hidden gem; for the price of one pair of popular brand-name "smart" or "tough" wool socks, you get 4 pairs. I bought a set of socks from this shop a couple of years ago and they have worn very well--all are still in great shape. This new set seems a little taller but still below the knee, which I prefer to my previous popular brand name wool socks, which only come to right above my ankle unless I want to get the hard-core hiking socks. They are silky soft, medium thickness, and keep my feet really toasty! I wear them for everyday use because my feet run cold, but I think they would also work fine for light hiking. I love the colors and patterns and how they coordinate with each other. I'm done shelling out the money for the brand-name kind now!

Great find - good for hiking boots
I'm so excited to wear these for my upcoming vacation to Banff and they are also the perfect size for my new Scarpa hiking boots!

These are great socks!
I don't usually write reviews, but these socks are great and perfect value for money. I didn't need to spend money buying expensive hiking socks from the shop. These fit and feel even better than the expensive merino wool ones I got in the adventure store.

Excellent Socks for Winter Running
After doing some research online, I decided to buy these socks for outdoor running in Canadian winter. They worked great! They are thin (not thick and bulky), warm and cozy. It was -10 out and my feet were thankfully warm! You have to hang dry them, but it's a small price to pay for warm feet. High-quality socks, I definitely recommend!

muy bueno
Son lindisimos, calientitos, de lana real, solo que vienen grandes, si eres de pies pequenos el talon de la calceta queda en el tobillo

Great fit and sooo comfortable
I bought this product for a trip to Iceland and they were good. They fit well and we’re super comfortable. I doubled them up with another pair of socks which was ideal for the trip. Being Merino wool, my feet could breath as well so no problems with all the hiking I did.

Excellent produit!
