I cannot believe how breathable these are, I run hot in general and these do not itch, get sweaty, they just stay breezy all day and feels so cushiony soft especially in birks. Not too thick or too thin, great stretch so not too tight around the lower leg or ankle.

Have bought multiple sets of these over the years. They are soft and warm. The best winter socks I've found (highest wool content but not itchy at all). I wear them frequently, including for running in cold weather. They hold up well - not forever, the heels start to get thin eventually but they do last as long as I expect they should. Colors are nice too and they don't fade. Although they keep my feet warm, they do not overheat because they are merino wool. They are not thick, but of course thicker than a synthetic sock. Maybe about the same thickness as an athletic sock? I am able to wear them with most shoes and boots - but if you have a pair of shoes that's already tight, these might not work. I love them!

These socks are pretty and they are so nicely made. Not too thick, but a nice weight which I can wear in sneakers or my Alegria Mary Janes. They do not itch. The toe seam is comfortable and smooth. They are not too tight around the heel. They stay up. Perfect to keep my feet warm in Crocs. If you have a very thick calf they may be too tight around the ankle. I do not have slim ankles and these are fine for me but I would not want them any tighter. They came through machine wash just fine. I hung them to dry. I would love to see them offered in more color choices. Would buy again.

exactly as pictured in discription love the color. these are super lightweight. i typically hate socks they make my feet hot and sweaty been wearing these for a few hours and not hot or sweaty. i have large calves and they still fit however after a few hours they hurt and feel tight i ended up rolling them down so they are more ankle socks and that stopped the discomfort. the box they came in looked beat. over happy with purchase. mainy baught since im going hiking out west in a few weeks.

As I was putting on my favorite socks in the world today, I thought "These socks have really held up well, did I ever leave a review?" I bought these socks almost four years ago. I bought four other brands as well, I was on a kick of just replacing all my socks with wool socks. These are the only ones I still have, and they look and feel just about as good as the day I bought them. They are still soft, have only stretched out a little (for five years of wear that's great in my book,) and they still look nice enough that I wear the two dark colored pairs as dress socks at work. I absolutely can not recommend these enough - They are the perfect intersection of quality and price. Honestly, my only complaint is that my partner keeps stealing them. He works construction and likes these better than the "work socks" he has! Pictured today, after years of use (and I'm not kind to my socks!)

These are great socks. Sometimes wool socks are really stiff or the elastic isn’t stretchy enough. These are perfect. I also have thick calves and these were comfy. These keep my feet warm but aren’t too thick. A good buy!

Many moons ago, well about three years ago, I made a mistake and did not bring wool socks with me when I worked in Alaska. Mistake. Big mistake. I found these at Costco on one of my trips into Anchorage and holy moly, I wore out all four pairs into shreds before I finally tossed my original set away. These are a wool blend, varying in how much wool/acrylic depending on the style. VERY comfortable. I'm a size 10w and they fit me very well, with enough give I can layer with a thin cotton sock under. I made it a point to wear each sock evenly as much as possible, and the striped pair was the first to wear out. The others followed suit but these lasted a good two years - I wore them almost exclusively in Alaska for four months during summer, and October to March that fall and the next, before they finally had to be laid to rest in the trash. I was ECSTATIC to find these again on Amazon and couldn't believe it - the exact patterns, everything. They feel exactly like what I originally got in 2016. I ended up getting a pair and the next day, my aunt surprised me with another set. Finding good wool socks is such a challenge and pure wool is too expensive. I spend most of my time in Oregon these days and we do have chilly winters, but these socks are soft, comfortable and perfectly warm. These are not pure wool but there's enough to keep your feet warm in mild dampness.

I got these for our trip to Italy, after reading how important good socks are for hiking. I’m SO glad that I invested in these merino wool socks, and got some for my husband, too. We walked A LOT and neither of us suffered ANY blisters or foot issues. I’m so glad that I listened to that advice. These socks are well made, unlike any others that I have. Seems like nowadays, socks last a couple of wearings. I’m so sick of cheap socks and how they don’t hold up. These are different. I know they’re expensive, but they aren’t the most expensive out there, for sure. But, you get what you pay for. These stood up to 9 mile days in all kinds of terrain and conditions. I would not hesitate to purchase these again. I had one small hole develop after wearing these multiple times, and I think maybe that sock was defective, but I bought some merino wool and darned that sock, and it’s holding up fine. If you’re a walker/hiker I recommend getting good socks. You don’t have to get the most expensive merino wool socks to get the benefits of merino wool socks. These will do the trick, plus they’re cute.

I don't usually write reviews, but these socks are great and perfect value for money. I didn't need to spend money buying expensive hiking socks from the shop. These fit and feel even better than the expensive merino wool ones I got in the adventure store.

After doing some research online, I decided to buy these socks for outdoor running in Canadian winter. They worked great! They are thin (not thick and bulky), warm and cozy. It was -10 out and my feet were thankfully warm! You have to hang dry them, but it's a small price to pay for warm feet. High-quality socks, I definitely recommend!

I bought this product for a trip to Iceland and they were good. They fit well and we’re super comfortable. I doubled them up with another pair of socks which was ideal for the trip. Being Merino wool, my feet could breath as well so no problems with all the hiking I did.

Très belles couleurs comme annoncé. Je les ai lavés à la machine et séchés à plat et ils ont gardé leur forme/grandeur. Je vais certainement racheter!
