It is very soft and the color fits my sofa well. And it does not fade after washing (at least so far). One good design is that there are two pairs of hook & loop fasteners at the end of the cover so that it does not easily fall from the sofa.Remark that the cover can stretch a little bit but not much. Everything sticks to it and it's not easy to clean. It looks different from the photograph. It's got a raised texture and the fabric feel is icky. Also there are stick and peel velcro tabs that are useless and made my cats want to play with them, scratching up my couch even more. The company needs to make the cover more attractive and out of a tight weave microfiber for people with pets. I tight weave microfiber is the only thing that most cats are not interested in scratching and is super easy t o clean.
