Not impressive
A lot of sheets came broken into small pieces making them useless. Amazon was prompt to replace it on complaining. However the next packet I got was only slightly better. Still every 2nd sheet is broken. Taste wise it is okay for rice paper. You can also stir fry it very lightly and it holds shape. Watcha video on how long to submerge in water, there can be a learning curve. I thought it will taste very light, but it is quite chewy and thicker than expected. The good thing is it surprisingly fills you up quickly.

just don't buy it
DO NOT order it! You will either not get the right product or you will get it like this. Save your time as the return / refund would be difficult and a complete waste of time! Poor quality and I wouldn't give it any stars but 1 is min, I'd rather give -10
