It meets all of my needs for bedroom storage.This was easy to put together and feels sturdy. I put it together with minimal help one evening. The little screws for the back were a little tedious to do. I looks great and holds my glaassware and books.

This was easy to assemble and was exactly what I needed in the space. Perfect!

I bought this to use in my office and the size was fine but the package arrived with several pieces chipped and the front crossbar was broken. I didn't want the hassle of returning it because it was so big so I had to glue the crossbar together and then used a black magic marker to cover up the chips.

Nice color and design. Not very sturdy and directions not easy to follow

When I saw all the pieces to this bookcase, I thought I would have a headache trying to put it together. It was actually quite simple and I was able to put it together in less than an hour. This fit perfectly at the landing of my staircase and was exactly what I needed.

To my horror, Roomba ate the instructions before I could begin leaving me to figure the assembly out on my own. I've put together enough unassembled furniture in the past, however, to have a fairly good idea how everything should fit together and only had to backtrack once after I screwed the both sides and the shelves together having completely forgotten about the curved decorative piece at the top. Overall, everything fit together pretty darn well without any need to force things together. The shelf looks pretty good but was actually much bigger than I expected so now I need to find a new place for it. The only minor issues I have with it are a couple of minor blemishes and that one of the three back panels was just black and didn't have fake grain painted on it like the other two. Minor stuff so I'm relatively happy.Hints:(1) Insert all the cams (make sure the cam arrows point at the opening), screw in the locking dowels and place the wooden dowels.(2) With the front of one side balanced on the floor, insert the shelves and curved piece onto the side piece and turn the cams just enough to hold them in place. Make sure you have everything all pointed to the front. Push the other side piece into place and lock all the cams down.(3) Place the top and lock all the cams to hold it into place. Screw the curved piece to the top.(4) Connect the back panels together with the plastic rails and fit it in the grooves on the back of the shelf. Make sure the wood grain sides go into the shelf. Screw it into place.(5) Add books.(3)

The product is fine, but the mfg customer service was awful. Halfway through assembly I noticed a hole had not been drilled on a narrow dimension of the shelf. I didn't want to risk cracking the board so called the mfg - they had included a parts list and indicated they were available 24 7 for help - to see if they could just send me a replacement part instead of taking the whole thing apart . I was put on hold but the recording kept saying hang on. After 25 minutes of being on hold, the recording said 'goodbye'. Thank goodness for Amazon. I called them and they sent me a replacement immediately and said to switch the defective part out of the new box and return it. Amazon saved the day but was very disappointed in the Mfg.

Sent the first order back due to chipped corner. Second one arrived with scratches. Stickers are placed where you can see them so hard to get them off. Quality of the wood is not very good. Very rough so the dusting cloth catches on the wood veneer.
