Would the $6.40 Jasmine and Aladdin dolls be okay for a five year old girl?

I would say so. I purchased these for my 4 year old daughter for her birthday in September. She is obsessed with anything from Aladdin and these small figurines are really cute.

Are these suitable size for cake toppers?

Hi personally I think they would make awesome cake toppers 😊they arnt to big or to small depending on the look you want but yes how gorgeous, they would look great
