They do work in my PH Pen. **Q: Will this work as a refill for a papermate deluxe powerpoint pen?** A: Probably not, search your pen and compare refill descriptions as to what pens it is compatible with, if any are the same it will probably work. **Q: Will these refill compatible with Omas refill?** A: I don't know. One I purchased in 1979, and the other was given to me by my Father In Law who has since passed on. I treasure these pens. They're perfect for my hand fit, and the writing was terrific. Sadly, I had not been able to use them for about twenty years b/c I couldn't get a refill. I now live in Can-India, and these aren't available in that market. While in FL I ordered and recieved them, and I've returned home and went into my memory box and refilled these pens. Oh my... This Boomer is so happy right now. The refills are every bit as good as the Papermate OG's from the 80's and 90's.
