Amazing results
My knee would hurt almost every night when I went to sleep -a dull throbbing pain that is probably a start to arthritis. I read the reviews and was still skeptical because I couldn't imagine how this would work. But somehow this thing works great - maybe it keeps things circulating when not moving, but I am not sure. Either way, I put it on every night and I rarely feel any discomfort in that knee.

Decent support.
The bands are a bit tighter than the actual sleeve. I expected the compression to have slightly more tension. I'm using it for yoga because two asana (poses) involve my knees to bend dramatically. I also run and this will not support my knee enough for that.

Helps a great deal
I Nissley gave his product support review. However this is one of the best copper if you do recovery sleeves that I've had. Well, it's actually the only one that I've ever used but I do believe in copper and could've help me tremendously. I can't see enough good things about it. You may be in a find a cheaper version that has just as much copper in it but this was awesome.

Poor fit - not for runners
Needed compression sleeve for (running) knee support. Should have taken more stock in critical reviews based on sizing - yes, the bands are too tight and compression too loose around knee area where needed most. I have slender runner's legs and sizing was exact to measurements as instructed. Maybe this sleeve is just not for runners. Broke my own golden rule - if there are reviews with similar complaints, take heed! Returned product.

It is comfortable to wear but slips down too often
I followed all the measurements online to get the correct size. It is comfortable to wear but slips down too often. When it stays up, I definitely can feel the benefits for my torn meniscus.

Not a runner, though have knee pain due to MS damage of right hamstring and footdrop. First day of using the Copper Compression sleeve....pain/compression of my knee cap....gone. Definitely a recommendation 👍
