I love this product. I'd never really heard of oat bran before, it was always standard oats for me. Then I came across an article on Oatbran and its benefits and found these on Amazon. I love that you can buy these in bulk because it means less regular orders, but my son has also started using these and the 6 packets are running out fast. I'm ready to re-order. I haven't really tried other brands to compare, but I can't really see the need, so far these have done me fine. I love the texture, the taste and how easy they are to prepare. Currently I'm preparing overnight oats. I put 200ml of oatmilk in a shaker, add some protein powder, chia seeds, a spoon of peanut butter and a scoop of oatbran and give it a good shake, then leave these overnight. I'm also intermittent fasting for 18 hours, so these will be my first meal after some dates and bit of fruit to open my fast. Trust me, that combination will keep you going until the evening, even with training.

I just use these in my overnight oats. Doesn't change the consistency or taste, but adds vital additional nutrition
