The Sea Salt & Almond squares did taste a bit chalky, as some reviewers have stated. When I shaved the dark chocolate and used it as a topping for my cashew ice cream, it really made the dessert come to life! I'd recommend using the Sea Salt & Almond chocolate to enhance desserts or trail mix. The Toffee flavored bars have a smooth consistency and excellent flavor. I enjoyed breaking off squares of this bar to have as a treat by itself or enjoy with a cup of tea.

Beware. You will only like if you are convinced dark chocolate is vital to your well being. It takes time to tolerate it. Some may never like it. Super bitter. I'm only eating it cause I've sworn off sugar for a diet and was hoping this would be an after dinner "treat". There is nothing "treat" about it. Also, it's a REALLY small bar so super expensive.
